Maximpakt truly believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and that you will join the thousands of repeat customers who regularly order from us.
If our products are not as you expected, please return them to us in their original packaging, and we will endeavour to replace them for an alternative product or issue a refund. (Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Lingerie or Sex Toys unless the product is faulty).
Damaged or faulty goods will of course be replaced or a refund issued.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY & PRIVACY
All credit card details are encrypted and sent to us via a secure server. If you would prefer, please send your order and payment by cheque/postal order to MAXIMPAKT, PO BOX 296, HERTFORD, SG13 9EA.
We will only use information we collect from you lawfully (Data Protection Act 1998). We will never give, hire or sell information to third parties. As a company we detest any form of Spam or intrusion and respect our customers privacy at all times.

DELIVERY
All our products are posted using Royal Mail 1 Class , Royal Mail Recorded, or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.
Delivery by 1 Class post should reach you within 2-3 days, though please allow 4 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order.
Unless otherwise stated our Standard postage charge (some of our products have postage included in the price) is £3.95 for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All orders over £50 have free postage. Next day Special delivery is available by request at a cost of £6 for delivery before 1pm or £9 for delivery before 9am.
